Weetman is a property investment and development company operating within the South East of England. Our aim is to create an income-producing portfolio through active asset management of commercial property and the development of residential property, preferably through the delivery of Permitted Development. We are able to offer support to private clients in all areas of asset and development management. and consider Joint-Venture agreements to land owners in order to facilitate maximising an assets value.

Our Partnership with Online

In 2021 Weetman and Online Facilities Management formed a commercial partnership in order to combine their expertise and offer clients an entirely comprehensive package with over 100 years of experience. The partnership allows the team to provide asset management services and competitive, efficient day-to-day maintenance services all the way through to construction projects of more than £2m.

Hugh Mackay

Partner

Previously at Quadrant Estates, he was responsible for the delivery of the residential development opportunity within The Shakespeare Portfolio (312 Boots Pharmacies Nationwide). As a development manager at Hutley Europe he delivered over 30,000sqft of residential development. 

 

Perry Pearson

Partner

Previously with the Cowdray Estate, with whom he retains a strong affiliation, his focus was on tenant and landlord matters as well as more strategic planning opportunities including the delivery of 60 new homes in the heart of the estate. He started his career working as an assistant site manager for Cordles, a London based contractor.

 

Guy Rawson-Smith

Associate

Graduating in Real Estate Management, Guy worked for Daniel Watney LLP and Asterclan LTD, bringing with him years of experience in both residential and commercial property management before joining Weetman where he leads land acquisition as well as assisting the team on development and client management.

  • Justin Bartle-Jones

    Country Homes

    Justin joined the team in 2020 with his main focus being The Lurgashall Winery. His experience of managing construction and development projects across Surrey and Central London means that he is able to offer the team a wealth of experience. He has been fundamental in the acquisition and development of The Lurgashall Winery. Justin’s last project, on behalf of a previous client, was the redevelopment of The Water Mill in Shamley Green, Guildford. The project transformed a 2,000sqft derelict mill building, into a sprawling 7,800sqft private dwelling which is now being marketed for £8.5 million.
