Perry started his career at London based residential estate agent Aylesford International. Initially starting in the lettings team, he later moved to the sales team where he remained until his departure in 2014. Following Aylesford he moved to Cordles, a construction company focusing on the development and refurbishment of property for ultra-high net worth individuals. Perry worked as assistant site manager on projects across central London and the home counties. His role saw him work closely alongside architects, structural engineers and further professionals in order to maintain strict construction programme's while managing client relationships and expectations. Subsequently, he has been consulting for a private client on a portfolio of residential and commercial property.
During his time at Quadrant Estates Hugh’s principal focus was on valuation, planning, and development within the residential sector. He was recently responsible for the delivery of the residential development opportunity within The Shakespeare Portfolio (312 Boots Pharmacies). In his previous role At KUDU, Hugh was responsible for the company's ongoing site acquisition, the delivery of 54 units over 9 sites totaling 30,000 sqft and the disposal of in excess of £12,000,000 of property. Hugh’s involvement in the development process included site acquisition, scheme design, planning, specification, construction and disposals.
